Brandywine at Thornbury is a residential planned community comprised of 285 single-family homes, townhomes, and carriage homes located on 220 acres in Thornbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
 
Our Homeowner’s Association is governed by a five member Board of Directors comprised entirely of property owners.  Brandywine at Thornbury HOA is professionally managed by PENCO Management Company.  Our Association currently has three Committees – Architectural, Landscaping, and Social - comprised of property owners.
