Our Team Will...

  • Partner with your manager and board in budget preparation
  • Prepare and mail to each owner coupon booklets or statements, as the Board determines
  • Develop delinquency policies and procedures
  • Initiate late payment letters and fines in accordance with Association’s delinquency policy
  • Coordinate and represent the Association with Counsel at further legal actions, if necessary
  • Receive, review and approve invoices
  • Process invoices according to policies as established and approved by the Board
  • Pay all bills from Operating Account
  • Compile necessary documentation and reports for annual audit
  • Deliver to the Board annual financial statements in accordance with governing documents
  • Assist the Board in developing and carrying out an investment policy
  • Maintain files of all invoices and disbursements
