In keeping with our commitment to provide our communities with the highest level of service, PENCO utilizes Caliber, a class leading software package. With Caliber, we are able to offer several customizable options for community websites that connect seamlessly with our servers to allow residents and boards to easily access community information.

 
Enumerate/Engage

Enumerate/Engage website and communication tool:  This website allows full integration with our accounting software.  Enumerate/Engage provides a fully functional website that has a public facing information page, as well as a private login to provide residents access to their accounting information, payment capabilities, violations, work orders, documents.  With Enumerate/Engage, Boards and any Committees have their own individual pages for housing documents, requests, and any other necessary information.  Enumerate/Engage also features an announcements section which allows a message board type of feature (which can also be de-activated).  This option is our most robust and interactive option.

Caliber Portal

The Caliber portal allows residents to check their account balance/history, make payments, check work orders, view violations, and fill out architectural requests.  They are also able to view the actual work order, violation letter, or architectural approval letter/status, and track progress on all requests.

My image of PENCO Management Co is the impressions I have of my kind friend Debbie Marchiano. I have known her for decades. Debbie is an incredibly capable, knowledgeable and helpful community manager. She is client-focused and action-oriented. Debbie responds to requests more quickly than any other community manager I have ever met in my 44 years of real estate involvement as an owner and as an investor. PENCO is fortunate to have such an amazing ambassador as Debbie.(Balmoral)

I needed help with my account being setup and Rick Myers was extremely helpful throughout the process. I want to personally write about my experience with Rick Myers who has recently become the manager of Byers Station. I’ve lived here for 18 years and I can honestly say he is the first person in this role that is responsive! He has been so helpful in the short time he’s been here. I wrote to him about an issue yesterday and he emailed me back at night! On his own free time. Than he left me a message this morning telling me what he planned to do about it. I’m really impressed with his work ethic, his dedication to his job and this community and I’m glad he’s been brought on board. Thank you Rick! Finally someone who is making a big difference here!

We are so happy to have Tonya Davenport as our new Community Manager at Windsor Ridge! She is friendly and does a great job communicating important information with the residents. I'm having a very enjoyable time getting to know members in the community! I'm a vendor (Bohn's Bones Arts)and working with Tonya has been great. She's provided great directions to the clubhouse and the setup and takedown have been stress free. The advertising has been phenomenal! Thank you for the opportunity to work with you!
